San Diego

My West Coast run starts off with a show tonight in San Diego at The Bus Stop. I will be rocking alongside DJ Charlie Rock of the almighty Rock Steady Crew so expect us to be throwing a lot of crazy breaks and just going all out. And, I really tried to stay away from making Anchorman references all day but they just kept on slipping out at the most inopportune times. Damn you, Young Macklovitch! Anyway, it’s always a good time here in this city… Word to Tony Gwynn.

Also, I missed 2 full months of Top Ten Lists (May and June) but I just posted my July Top Ten on the side, and the mix will be soon to follow. So make sure you peep the manuscript and stay up on that when it debuts on my Soundcloud within the next couple of days. And lots of news of my travels will be reported from the road on here, complete with photos and videos. There wasn’t much today – just a quick romp at Dog Beach, and then sitting to watch a baseball game while drinking white wine and listening to Alice Cooper. Wait, it doesn’t really get any better than that…

On The Road Again

So I’m heading back out, yet again… Seems as though as much as I tried to enjoy the New York summer, the open road just always comes calling. Fresh off of some amazing shows in Toronto, Orlando and the 9 year anniversary of The Rub here in Brooklyn (which was fucking absurd) I’m off to the West Coast for just about the entire month of July. This includes but is not limited to multiple shows in multiple cities – San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle.
